01About Candoo Bridge

Candoo Bridge connects Dutch companies with motivated professionals from Portugal and other EU countries. Candoo Bridge processes personal data carefully and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Company status. Candoo Bridge is a trade name of Candoo XYZ B.V. and will be transferred to Candoo Bridge B.V. after incorporation. The operating address is 3e Industriestraat 23G, 3133 EJ Vlaardingen, the Netherlands.

02What personal data do we process?

• Identification details: name, address, telephone number and email address;
• Professional details: CV, work experience, education, certificates, skills and language level;
• Availability and preferences: availability date, preferred role, location preference, salary expectation or rate indication;
• Communications: interview notes, feedback from partners or clients, and progress information;
• Consent information and other relevant information you provide to us.

03Why do we use your data?

• Recruitment, selection and matching for specific vacancies or assignments;
• Introductions to partners and clients (anonymously or with a full profile, as explained in section 04);
• Talent pool and CRM management: inclusion in our network for future opportunities;
• Communication about availability, opportunities, progress and satisfaction;
• Quality assurance and improvement of our services.

04How do we share your data?

Step 1 - Anonymous profile. We may present your profile to potential partners or clients without your name, telephone number, email address or exact address details.

Step 2 - Full profile. We share your full profile, including contact details, only where a partner or client has confirmed a concrete written interest. We will always inform you before sharing it and give you the opportunity to object.

We never share your data with third parties for other purposes without your consent.

We do not transfer your data outside the European Union unless there is a valid legal basis and appropriate safeguards.

How the consent choices work. The permissions on the consent declaration form one connected agreement. Joining the Candoo Bridge network means we can include you in our talent pool, present you anonymously, and share your full profile with a specific partner after informing you and giving you the opportunity to object. For this reason, taking part requires your agreement to all of the points in the declaration. You remain free not to join, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

05How long do we keep your data?

• Talent pool and CRM: we keep your information for 24 months after our last contact, unless you request deletion sooner or a longer retention period is legally required;
• After withdrawal of consent: deletion or anonymisation as soon as possible, unless a legal retention obligation applies.

06Your GDPR rights

• The right to access, correct, erase, restrict processing and object;
• The right to withdraw consent at any time (without retroactive effect);
• The right to data portability.

Candoo Bridge takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Employees and partners who have access to personal data are bound by confidentiality obligations.
