Candidate Addendum
Terms for candidates, professionals and self-employed professionals.

C1What the network is
As a candidate or professional you may be part of the Candoo Bridge network and talent pool. Candoo Bridge recruits, selects, presents and introduces you, and may keep in contact about availability, skills, satisfaction, progress and future opportunities.
C2Candoo Bridge is the bridge, not your employer
Being in the network does not mean you are employed by Candoo Bridge. It does not create any right to salary, assignments, minimum hours, income or a placement through Candoo Bridge. Candoo Bridge does not itself guarantee work, payment, income or a minimum number of hours. Any such right can only come from a separate agreement between you and the party that actually contracts or deploys you.
C3Your information
You agree to give Candoo Bridge accurate and complete information about your availability, work experience, skills, certificates, contact details, rate or salary expectation, preferences and any relevant changes.
C4You are free to work through others
You may in principle also work through other parties, unless you have agreed otherwise in writing with a contracting party. Candoo Bridge may present you to more than one party. If a customer, partner, client or end client approaches you directly after an introduction by Candoo Bridge, please let Candoo Bridge know.
C5If you are a self-employed professional
You remain responsible for your own entrepreneurial status, Chamber of Commerce registration where applicable, VAT status, administration, insurance, taxes, pension and incapacity cover. The assignment, rate and terms are agreed directly between you and the client or partner. Candoo Bridge may introduce and align commercial principles but is not a party to that assignment.
C6Your privacy
Candoo Bridge processes your personal data as described in its Privacy Notice and Consent Declaration, including inclusion in the talent pool and CRM for up to 24 months after your last contact. You can exercise your privacy rights, including withdrawing consent, by contacting privacy@candoo.xyz.
C7Quality and concerns
If you have a complaint or a concern about work, payment, accommodation, safety, treatment or communication, you can report it to Candoo Bridge at verbeterpunt@candoo.xyz. Candoo Bridge may raise the matter with the party concerned and urge improvement. Doing so does not make Candoo Bridge your employer or the party responsible for the actual work situation.
C8Acceptance
By submitting a form to Candoo Bridge, you accept the General Terms and Conditions and this Candidate Addendum.
